We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to deny admission for dogs that we deem unsocial, overly aggressive or threatening

Missed Bookings

If you have booked our dog boarding services and you are dropping off your dog and you do not show we will be asking for a deposit on further visits and you will be charged for the day(s) you did not show up.

Pictures

All photos will be posted to our Facebook page. We also post videos to our Youtube Channel.

What To Bring for Dog Boarding

• Enough dog food for your dog’s stay in a hard container.
• Up to date copy of vaccinations.
• Dog bed (we are not responsible if the bed gets chewed, we will try our best not to let this happen).
• Treats are provided.

Dog Boarding Cancellation Policy

Please remember we are holding your dog boarding reservation request exclusively for your pet. When we reach our capacity, we have to refuse reservations and turn business away.

**All Dog Boarding Cancellations must be done during business hours.

Notice of cancellation is only effective via phone call to 519-264-0951. Messages may be left at this number if we are unavailable to answer right away.

IF THE APPROPRIATE NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR A BOARDING CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE TOTAL STAY REGARDLESS OF IF THE SPOT IS FILLED (UP TO $500).

We require 48-hour notice for all boarding cancellations during any time not listed below. 5 DAYS notice is required for the following

Peak Periods:

• Dec. 20 - Jan. 4
• Family Day Weekend (Fri - Mon)
• March Break starting First Friday until Last Sunday of March Break
• Easter Weekend (Fri - Mon)
• Victoria Day Weekend (Fri - Mon)
• June 30 - Tuesday after Labour Day
• Thanksgiving Weekend (Friday to Monday)
